1. Intending candidates must have sat for 2014/2015 UTME or obtained Direct Entry (DE) form where applicable
2. Candidates who have not chosen Crawford University (Direct Entry or UTME) can still apply to Crawford University Registry, Faith City, Atan – Agbara, Igbesa, Ogun State or at all Apostolic Faith Secondary Schools across the country.

• The application form can  be downloaded from the university website and later submitted to the above designated center upon showing evidence of payment of five thousand naira (N5,000.00) only to any of the university accounts.
